Meet Your Provider

Kelli Gandy PMHNP, BC

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who’s passionate about helping adults feel better, think clearer, and take back control of their mental health. I’ve worked in different settings—from hospitals and treatment centers to correctional facilities—and those experiences taught me how to meet people exactly where they are, no matter what they’re going through.

I specialize in supporting people dealing with PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, and schizophrenia, but more than that—I care about making sure you feel safe, seen, heard, and supported. I believe mental health is health, and your mind deserves the same care and attention as the rest of your body.

With me, you’re not just another chart—you’re a whole person with a story that matters. We’ll work together to create a personalized plan that fits you, blending medication management and evidence-based therapy to support your goals, not just your symptoms. Whether you’re new to this or just looking for a provider who actually listens, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way—toward clarity, relief, and real, lasting well-being.

You’ll get more than just a prescription. My approach is thorough, compassionate, and personalized. We’ll look at your full story—your health, lifestyle, and what really matters to you—to build a treatment plan that fits. We’ll talk openly (no judgment) about your symptoms, diagnosis, and how meds or other options can support your mental health. I’m here to support you, but also to challenge you when needed. Accountability is part of the process, and I’ll walk with you through it every step of the way.

I’ll make sure you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing—because your care should feel collaborative, not confusing. You’ll also get consistent follow-ups, adjustments when needed, and a provider who genuinely listens. My goal is to help you feel better, think clearer, and stay supported every step of the way.
